2008 | CallCommand and RPM became OneCommand — one organization focused on helping auto dealerships to achieve great success.

2007 | CallCommand debuted on the Inc 500 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. The acquisition of highly successful RPM, a former division of Autobytel, enhanced solutions to include direct media and several online streams.

2006 | CallCommand introduced email and mobile marketing channels as well as custom analytics and deeper segmentation to further client success. FourCreeks was acquired and brought a wealth of industry knowledge and application expertise.

2005 | CallCommand became Cincinnati’s Fastest-Growing, Privately-Held company and continued to expand its market presence across the nation.

2004 | Our lifecycle management approach took shape as an official series of best practice communications and campaigns to aid automotive retailers in becoming more effective and consistent in their customer and prospect outreach.

2003 | CallCommand expanded its reach and penetration in the market while also introducing solutions to help dealers maintain do not call compliance.

2002 | CallCommand was founded with the goal of becoming the premier provider of voice communications in the Automotive industry.

Al Babbington,
Chief Executive Officer

Al Babbington is OneCommand’s Chief Executive Officer and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the automotive and service industries. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, he has developed a reputation as an expert in direct marketing, DNC compliance and overall business strategy. His vision and skill in lifecycle management have driven notable growth and acceptance in the automotive retail market. His achievements have been featured in top publications and news outlets including Automotive News, Ward’s Dealer Business, Dealer Marketing Magazine, Dealer Magazine, Automotive Digest, Yahoo Finance, CNN Marketwatch and several DMA publications. Additionally, he has served on numerous dealer marketing and product advisory boards including General Motors, Ford, Nissan, Isuzu, Autobytel and ADP. Prior to joining OneCommand, Babbington was a founding Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for FirstAmerica Automotive (FAA), California’s largest automotive consolidator. He also served as CEO of AutoTown, the retail auto industry’s first total solution for sales automation and President of Serramonte Auto Plaza, northern California’s highest volume retailer.


Mike Martinez,
President & Chief Operating Officer

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mike Martinez is responsible for day-to-day operations of OneCommand. Additionally, he is responsible for the execution and implementation of OneCommand’s business plan. Martinez, formerly Executive Vice President, was responsible for Products and Strategy, and he lead the Product team in significantly expanding technical capabilities. He was also influential in the building of our company’s new, consolidated operating platform. Prior to his time at OneCommand, Martinez was President and CEO of Four Creeks, a company he co-founded which was acquired by OneCommand in 2006. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Martinez served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Products for The Cobalt Group for four years. He also served for five years at Lucent Technologies as General Manager of Marketing, and for seven years in a variety of roles at Microsoft.


Jay Murnen,
Chief Financial Officer

Jay Murnen joined OneCommand as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance in September 2006. Prior to accepting the position, Jay served as an outside auditor to the company. In this facet he served as the audit manager that performed both the 2005 and 2004 annual financial audits for CallCommand. Prior to joining OneCommand, Murnen spent seven years in public accounting as an auditor and at the time of his departure, had achieved a senior manager level in public accounting. Additionally, he spent four years in Denver, Colorado working for Ehrhardt, Keefe, Steiner and Hottman, which is a single office and the third largest public accounting firm in Denver. During these four years, Murnen worked primarily with SEC engagements across various industries. He participated in three different registration statements with these clients. Murnen has also worked for Clark, Schaefer, Hackett and Company in Cincinnati, Ohio which is a large regional public accounting firm in the top 50 in the country.


Marvin Grimm,
Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Marvin Grimm oversees all sales activity and focuses a great deal on building strategic partnerships to further the success of that organization. He is responsible for all OEM and consolidator relationships and has proven highly successful in his ability to secure opportunities for co-op. Former Vice President and General Manager of RPM, Grimm managed all aspects of product development and operations. He also managed and directed the sales force for Autobytel Inc.’s award-winning solution. During his tenure, Grimm increased dealer counts and lowered expenses adding to RPM’s success as one of the fastest-growing products in Autobytel’s history. He helped to secure relationships with many major OEMs, including Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Infiniti, Toyota, KIA, Scion and General Motors. Grimm is a well-recognized industry expert and a sought after speaker who has presented at a variety of OEM events and regional meetings. Areas of expertise include service reminder solutions, retention programs, automotive CRM, dealer relationships and dealer management.


Allan Cooper,
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Allan Cooper has 25 years of global sales, finance and management experience, and is the architect of one of the most successful Internet sales processes in the USA. Cooper had the vision to see early on the potential of e-commerce, and how this new medium would be a channel in which the retail automotive industry could become more responsive to consumers and create an enhanced dealership experience. As a result, Chrysler retailers were able to shorten their sales cycles, reduce inventory expenses, and improve overall profitability. Manufacturers, retailers, and financial institutions from around the globe continue to consult with him to implement his programs, and many are now in operation around the world. Cooper has since expanded his scope to include multi-media marketing strategies that utilize emerging technology and media concepts for an extensive network of international clientele in the retail, sports marketing, and entertainment industries. As one of the founding investors and partners in OneCommand, he has shown a tremendous ability to apply innovative communication solutions and services to the automotive industry.


Paul Moran,
Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Paul Moran is responsible for overall sales strategy, growth and development of regional sales teams and the success and expansion of the entire OneCommand sales organization. Just 2 years into this role, Moran has successfully grown the sales force from 14 to over 30 marketing representatives and also merged the former CallCommand and RPM sales teams into one cohesive and highly productive unit. Moran brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. His expertise ranges from full service advertising for dealerships to implementing sales strategies for automotive solution providers. Moran spent 15 years in full service advertising, 12 of which he held the position as of President and CEO of Lightfoot Moran Advertising, Inc. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Who’s Calling. During his five-year tenure there, he implemented a variety of sales strategies taking them from 0 to 5,000 automotive accounts nationally. Moran was responsible for hiring, training and managing their national sales team and growing revenue to $48 Million in his last year.


CaseyMcCaffrey,
Vice President of Field Operations

Casey McCaffrey is Vice President of Field Operations at OneCommand. He is responsible for OneCommand’s industry-leading, field account management team and the launch, training and implementation of OneCommand solutions and best practices to all automotive clients. McCaffrey brings 12 years of experience in the ecommerce market space, specifically working with US based manufactures and retailers. Prior to OneCommand, McCaffrey worked at Autobytel where his most recent position was Director, Strategic Marketing Initiatives for the Dealer Operations Group, responsible for developing and implementing excellent service and best practices to Autobytel’s 3,000-plus dealer customers. During his tenure he built a team of 55 account managers and launched a suite of marketing services that enhanced dealers’ market experience, producing a 20% reduction in customer defection. Additionally, McCaffrey served as the National Dealer Training Director at AutoWeb.com Inc., a company subsequently acquired by Autobytel. There he was responsible for developing, implementing and delivering training workshops to new and existing customers.


Ron Fortt,
Vice President of People

Ron Fortt is currently Vice President of People for OneCommand, a major investor in the company and member of the Board of Directors. He brings over 20 years of automotive industry experience and expertise to OneCommand. Beginning his entrepreneurial career in real estate, Fortt changed directions and graduated from the NADA Dealer Academy in 1996. Following this, he successfully ran multiple dealerships, both import and domestic. Fortt was identified by Toyota as a qualified General Manager to execute the successful opening of an Open Point dealership in Tracy, CA. This dealership achieved Toyota’s prestigious President’s Award and exceeded Toyota’s expectations in terms of market share by over 200%. Additionally, Fortt has served on The Toyota National Dealer Council Advisory Board for three years and was the treasurer for the Toyota Lexus Minority Dealers Association. A motivation speaker and trainer, Fortt also founded Fortified Training, a National Sales Training Company.


Don Daniels,
Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning

Don Daniels is Sr. Vice President of Strategic Planning for OneCommand. He is responsible for the overall development and management of business opportunities outside of OneCommand’s core automotive vertical. Businesses under development currently include CommunitySafe, International expansion and a variety of other retail businesses. Prior to this position, Daniels served as Vice President of Marketing for Cincinnati Bell, where he had responsibility for market planning and strategy, advertising, public relations, community relations and market intelligence for all Cincinnati Bell retail markets and products. He was responsible for launching the nations first wireline, wireless, long distance and data bundles to the market, and drove revenue growth and penetration marks to industry leading levels. Daniels also held a number of Business Sales positions with Cincinnati Bell, and was recognized by the original AT&T as one of the nation’s top three sales people in their nationwide distributor channels. Daniels has been a member of the executive panel for the University of Cincinnati Electronic Media Program, and a strong supporter of both the Boomer Esiason and Anthony Munoz Foundations. He has also lent his time to the revitalization of Taft High School. He was selected by the Greater Cincinnati Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of “Cincinnati’s Finest”, and the Cincinnati Business Courier made him one of the regions “Top 40 Under 40”.
