These web pages are branded to your dealership. The customer’s car is featured on the web page and they can track multiple vehicles’ histories. Additionally, you can insert coupons, further encouraging customers to revisit your dealership.

Customers can view service history, including “Certified” services performed at your dealership and other services performed on the vehicle. Furthermore, customers can view recommended services for their vehicle. This can be an important incentive to have services performed at the dealership as those are reflected as “Certified” and cannot be edited by the customer. The customer can add their own services, but those will not appear as “Certified.” Using PURL, Relationship Management has never been easier!
