This year be sure to get a head start on your marketing plan so you’re properly prepared for the hustle and bustle that comes with the holiday season. Encourage Generosity
The end of the year presents so many opportunities to reach out and give back. So, this year, join in by hosting a give back campaign with your customers and members of your community. That’s right, spread the feeling of goodwill with a campaign completely dedicated to giving back to those less fortunate. By encouraging generosity among your customers, you’ll go a long way in building positive brand sentiment.

Just Say Thanks
Sure, this doesn’t seem like a difficult campaign, nor should it be. But a heartfelt thank you is often times exactly what you need to say, especially when consumers today are completely bombarded by marketing messages offering the next great deal. If you don’t have time to mail thank you cards, don’t worry about it. With the digital age we live in, it is perfectly acceptable to send a thank you email. Just make sure the message is personal, timely, and demonstrates your thanks for their business.

Offer a Gift
Now this idea is not for every dealership or budget, so skip ahead if this one isn’t for you. If you have the means, think about showing thanks to your most loyal customers with a small gift. Be sure to set a criteria for how you will determine which customers are your most loyal then invite them into your dealership for whatever you determine is their small gift. Be sure that you don’t hide the gift from them, so they feel like it’s a scam. And also, be sure that the gift is really something for them and not just another way to promote your dealership.
