Offer Convenience
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is upon us, which means that your customers are even more limited on time. So, think about offering a quick lane for your customers who are on the go. Many times, because of their hectic schedules, consumers visit quick lane service centers simply because they don’t need an appointment. If you already offer this service, great! Be sure to promote it for the holiday season and maybe offer a discount for a quick lane LOF. If you don’t already offer this service, think about trying it out over the next month to give your customers some convenience back in their lives.

Prepare for Winter
Often times, consumers only get service done on their vehicles when they are prompted with some kind of a reminder. Take the relevancy of the cooler weather to remind customers about needed maintenance to prep their vehicles for winter. Take a moment to create an email or direct mail communication to inform customers about their vehicle’s maintenance needs before the cooler weather sets in. Customers will appreciate the helpful reminder and reward you with increased service traffic and revenue.
