The NCAA tournament is under way and many of your customers have filled out their brackets and will be watching each game closely to ensure their top picks bring home a win. Are you capitalizing on this monumental event? Well, you could be and chances are you will drive additional sales and service traffic to your door. Today I’ll share two ways you can get mad hops during March Mayhem.

Show Your Team Spirit
Anyone who watches the NCAA tournament over the next couple of weeks will have a favorite team they are rooting for. Think about offering customers discounts in your Sales or Service Departments for wearing their favorite team’s attire. This is a great way for your staff to mingle with customers and talk about the games while building lasting relationships. Plus, the more folks who show up for your March Mayhem savings scores more foot traffic for your store.

March Mayhem Blowout
If you really want to get one up on your competition, think about hosting a March Mayhem Blowout at your dealership. You can tune the TVs in your showroom and customer waiting lounge to the NCAA tournament, so you have full game coverage. Also, be sure to put out snacks and refreshments for visiting patrons. The more they watch, relax, and eat, the longer your staff has an opportunity to engage them and build rapport.
