Do you plan to leverage the holiday as a marketing opportunity to spread the luck of the leprechauns to your customers and prospects? If so, how do you plan to communicate with your customers? Shamrock Savings
This campaign idea is really fun. All you need is some green shamrocks, a marker, and some tape. Write different savings offers on each, like $100 off, Free Car Washes for Life, etc. Tape each one to the windshield of a vehicle on your lot. Invite customers and prospects to come in and take a test drive to reveal the Shamrock Savings on the windshield. If the offer is something service related, then the customer or prospect can redeem in your Service Department; if the offer is for a new vehicle purchase, then the customer or prospect can redeem if they purchase a new car.
Lucky Green
Here’s another fun campaign idea. Invite customers to your Service Department and ask them to wear green. If they wear green, they’ll get an extra 5, 10, or 20% off their service. You’ll want to determine how much of a discount you can offer and still be profitable, so set your percentage offer to be specific to you.
