Be sure to make it something extra special like a gift card to a local eatery or movie theater, or even a complimentary detail and car wash. Treating your customers with a little something extra will not only drive end of the month service traffic, but you’ll gain exponential loyalty for your dealership.

Become a Part of Your Community
Another great way to build customer loyalty is by getting involved with your community and showing them that you’re a trusted, valued business. There are several ways you can leverage the Halloween holiday and get involved with your community. Think about hosting a Trunk or Treat night on your lot. You can invite members of the community to participate and pass out candy to local kids. This is not only a great way to build loyalty among existing customers, but an even better opportunity to get in front of potential new customers.
