Marvin GrimmMarvin Grimm, Executive VP of Business Development

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Marvin Grimm oversees all business development activities and focuses a great deal on building strategic partnerships to further the success of the organization. He is responsible for all OEM relationships and has proven highly successful in his ability to secure opportunities for co-op and manufacturer exclusive programs. Former Vice President and General Manager of RPM, Grimm managed all aspects of product development and operations. He also managed and directed the sales force for Autobytel Inc.’s award-winning solution. During his tenure, Grimm increased dealer counts and lowered expenses adding to RPM’s success as one of the fastest-growing products in Autobytel’s history. He helped to secure relationships with many major OEMs, including Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Infiniti, Toyota, KIA, Scion and General Motors. Grimm is a well-recognized industry expert and a sought after speaker who has presented at a variety of OEM events and regional meetings. Areas of expertise include service reminder solutions, retention programs, automotive CRM, dealer relationships and dealer management.


Mary BrunsteinMary Braunstein, Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Mary is responsible for accelerating the technology infrastructure that provides value to our customers and creates competitive differentiation. In her most recent role, Mary was the Vice President of Information Technology, where she managed technical architecture and application development for Ecova/Advantage IQ/Cadence Network, Inc for 14 years. She has also been responsible for setting the direction of data and application architecture for the company by performing all data modeling, platform determination and data warehousing. Mary was instrumental in the customization of information for client and private-label portals on PerformanceIQ®. Prior to joining Ecova, Mary spent 32 years with Cinergy(Duke) Corp. She has 22 years of experience in data processing and project management for electric/gas metering and specialized customer billing applications. In addition to her extensive data processing and project management experience, Mary worked for 10 years in electric distribution and engineering. In 1993, she was the recipient of the prestigious J.H. Randolph award in recognition for her individual efforts to develop an application that saved Cinergy (Duke) $2 million annually.  She is a past member of the Cinergy Speakers Bureau, Project Management Institute, and a former Chairman of the Midwest Region for the Association for Systems Management (ASM).


Andrew SmithAndrew Smith, Chief Technology Officer of HighGear CRM

Andrew Smith is the Chief Technology Officer of the CRM division at OneCommand. He is responsible for providing the technology direction for the most utilized CRM in the automotive industry. His primary focus is to establish a culture of continuous improvement to ensure dealerships are provided with the best solutions. Prior to joining OneCommand, Smith was the CTO at The Higher Gear Group. He came to the automotive industry by way of Wall Street, previously serving as Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and prior to that he was with Salomon Brothers. Andrew was instrumental in developing the earliest stock trading systems on the web at Security APL. Smith received his BA from The New School for Social Research.


Leonard TraficantiLeonard Traficanti, VP of Operations and Compliance Officer

Leonard has dedicated his career working in the small business environment. He began his tenure with OneCommand when the company was in its infancy, and was instrumental in the company’s development and success. As VP of Operations at OneCommand, Leonard provides direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of providing an excellent client experience, building internal infrastructure for growth and profitability. As Compliance Officer, Leonard created an independent and objective body reviewing and evaluating compliance issues and concerns to ensure the management and employees at OneCommand are in compliance with the rules and regulations of the regulatory environment in which the company operates. He was a British Petroleum (BP) operator from 1993 -2003 and obtained a Masters of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington (PHI KAPPA PHI /BETA GAMMA SIGMA) and a Bachelor of Science at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
